Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective date: March 5, 2023

At troopox.com, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.


1) RETURN WINDOW

You can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

If 30 days have passed, please still contact us at cs@troopox.com—we’ll do our best to help when possible.


2) EASY RETURNS (STANDARD RETURNS)

To qualify for a standard return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items should be in original condition and packaging (when applicable)

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to start: Email cs@troopox.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We’ll provide return instructions.


3) DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll fix it quickly.

Please email cs@troopox.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item and packaging (if available)

When confirmed, we’ll offer one of the following:

  • a free replacement, or

  • a full refund (no need to return in many cases)


4) EXCHANGES (SIZE / COLOR)

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help.
Email cs@troopox.com and we’ll guide you to the fastest option (exchange or return + reorder).


5) REFUNDS

Once your return is received (if a return is required) and inspected, we’ll email you an update.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.


6) SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged/defective or you receive the wrong item. In those cases, we’ll make it right.


7) NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)

  • Items that are worn, washed, or altered after delivery


8) RETURN SHIPPING

  • For standard returns, customers cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return/replacement cost whenever applicable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We can’t guarantee refunds for returns that are lost in transit.
